Not getting my PAN Card

My Pan card has been dispatched on 17-Oct by Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier and vide airway bill no. 2683111314. but i am not getting it at my communicated address. I am available at my address but on Expressit Logistics Worldwide i got the status as consignee shifted that is wrong.

Please help me to find out how i can get my pan card
