Isiri Properties is a fraud layout developer located in JP Nagar. I had paid 25% advance for a site in Sree Harsha Nagar, Nelamangala on August which did not get registered because of IT problem of ISIRI properties. Later they promised to pay back the amount in two part payments, one in November 08 and other in Jan 09, but November's payment was cleared in Jan and the next payment is still to be made. They have given all sort of reasons to escape. Mobiles will be switched off and there has been a minimum of 50 postponements, 5 to 6 cheque bounces. There are two people GOPI who given extraordinary escaping reasons, Somashekar who has no value for others money and gives timelines with minimum of one month. I wanted buyers to just be careful while dealing with these kind of people.
