DELAY IN SALARY DISBUSRSEMENT

I am Karthikeyan. K (LLSPL 12269 emp id) from Chennai, who employed in Chennai branch of Ismart Global Pvt. Ltd for 1 year period (1st Feb to 29th Jan) as an Operations Team Leader. OurTeam Manger was Mr. Prashath P.M. & Branch Manager was Mr. Vincent Sundar & Mr. Sri Kumar who was our Vice President for Ismart Global Pvt. Ltd. This is the Management I worked upon when I employed over there. At the end of the February Chennai Branch got shutdown due to changes happened in top level management. December month salary has been disbursed on 21st of January because of this same reason. But the employees including me yet to get the salary for the month of January.

After that some other Team Leaders logged a complaint against the management who worked on earlier regarding the salary, then there is some officials from Mumbai came and said that there will be an official meeting will be conducted on 28th February & Cheques will be disbursed on the same day & Amount of Salary will be credited on 7th of March. But noting happened on these, no officials visited on the mentioned dates & no further information regarding this Issue. Then one of the executive contacted the Ismart Global Head Office which is located in Mumbai through Phone Call (Land Line) But the response is very poor. They are trying to cheat the employees.

So far, my PF & ESI has been deducted from my salary & no idea about that money whether I'll get the money or not, this is happened for all the Chennai Ismartians.
