Salary not received after 4 months

Dear Sir,

I was workibng with Ismart with the client Ramco in Pune, Magarpatta city. I have resigned from Ismart as the client Ramco has asked me so. Its been 3 months now, I have still not recieved my payment for the last month. My last date was 2nd February. I am entitled to a salary of Jan '09 as well as 15 days as no notice period was given (this is a clause in the appointment letter). But now the company HR in mumbai office is not responding to the calls and also not responding to the emails. Also the regional head of Mumbai Mr. Viresh Patel is not replying to the mails.

Pls suggest what step can I take for this matter.
