Salary issue

Hi

My name is Aman Bhardwaj and i have worked with ismart globle pvt ltd in delhi and i have left that company approx 5 month back and i had given my resignation latter according to company rules but and now i am hospital and i am calling to neetu who is siting in ismrt company she is H.R. of there when i make a call to her then she says we will not give you your salary if can you take le lo. please help me what should i do, should i go to labour court. i have verry thrasted becouse i am in hospital and now i am not able to do anything kindly help me my mob. no. 9953304898
