) iSmart Panache is a lala company with 20 or less employee only.
2) They have only a single client, they had a few before recession, all the clients were brought up by jugaad.
3) After the recession, major projects genisys, imetirkus were scrapped, only one client pgs with 15 people is in operation.
4) The CEO changes every quarter, all the peple who are in management are big liars and cheaters.
5) They never pay the bonus salary depicted in the final CTC to company.
6) They do not carry forward your previous PF account, Even their own PF account is fake, you will never get you money.
7) They always have big elephants eating most of the hard earned money of the billable staff.
8) They shoot various reasons during appraisal for not giving any appraisal or bonus.
9) They have fake offices in california, mumbai. only 2-3 people are their, they too are non billable.
10) The work is bakvas, worst.
11) They do not pay full and final amount. They never pick up phone and do not reply to email.
