Pf not recieved

Dear Sir,

i have submit my pf form to pf office in kandivali mumbai by register post before 2 years but still now i have not received my pf amount inspite of calling them and 1st they will never ever pick the call and before 9 month ihave received the letter from pf office stating that we are dispaching the cheque #668260 of amt Rs59397/- and cheque no 332739 of Rs 12758/- and thaey have mentioned in letter pls check in to your a/c and i have been checked twice in my a/c and visited to my brnch still now they have not recived these cheques. pls help me to get my pf amount . i hope you will take the action on this.
