Rejection of Pf form

Dear Sir/Madam,

I m working in ICICI Bank Ltd. in Auto loans department at Agra.

I am on the roles of i-solutions Providers (India) Private Ltd, my employee Code is 16119

My full and final settelment has been done.

But after that when i submitted my PF form, they has rejected my form on 12-November due to signature missing, i again send my updated form but result is same us has been again rejected.

when i has submitted my PF from third time in the office Mr. Sandeep Kumar say "it is correct now". he had accept my form. but after 10 days i ask for the status of my PF form from E-mai, i got revert from otherside that my PF form is rejected.

for the 4th time i before sending my PF form i send the scan copy of my PF form which i will sent to their office, reply came "its of now" when i had send my PF from forth time to the office again i received the mesasage it has been rejected.

Request pls help me in the mattrer almost 2 months has been past in this conversation.

i has a all the conversation documents in form of mail.
