Dear Sir,

My name is Salmaan Khan and I am a ex-employee of "I-Solutions providers india pvt ltd" which is a service provider of icici bank ltd. My employee was 11027 over there. I have send my fully filled PF form for withdrwal to Mr. Sunil Singh Saini (HR Executive) add- I-Solutions providers india pvt ltd, 8, Local Shopping Complex, Push vihar, Madan Giri, New Delhi-110062 before approximately eight months but still i dont have received any information regarding my PF. My PF No is MH/94095/1134.

Sir it is my humble request to you that please take some favourable actions regarding my PF.
