Worst service of Reliance data card customer care

Our director has Reliacne data card. On 17th Sept, 08 it got disconnected. We appraoched Pune's web world wherein they told us for payment. We checked the bill the bill was due on 21 st Sept. neither the Credit limit was over. We did paid the amt. Since then then the card is not yet active till today i.r 23rd Set, 08. Everyday we get new excuses from webworld. Their system is not working, they have generated 3 invoices for the same data card so the amount is reflecting as pending, We ahve not paid Rs. 15/- etc. This the worst service which we are getting from Reliance insutries which is a huge telecom industry. Our reliance data card no. is 9370866864 in the name of Mr. Bhimasen Shinde.

WE WANT THIS DATA CARD TO BE ACTIVE TODAY ITSELF. KINDLY REVERT FOR THIS COMPLAINT. WE ARE SUFFERING HUGE LOSS DUE THIS RELIANCE DATA CARD...
