TELPHONIC COMPLAINT NO.143428

Sir,

With reference to the above, i am appalled by the attitude of employees of your organisation. I received your letter in the first week of Nov 08, declining endorsement of FULL PAYMENT, inspite of the fact i paid the call money of Rs.625 as required by you, through a canara bank DD (no.901631) dt 27/12/07 (the fact confirmed by your staff over telephone as well). The next day i contacted your office over phone and explained, giving details of payment. The call was attended by one PREETHI, who promised to get back to me after ascertaining from the company coordinator. I did not receive any call from her in the next two days, so i again made a call to your office this time the call was picked up by one THRUPTHI, who gave me a complaint no (143428) and made a simillar promise but never got back. In all i made 6 calls picked up by either one of the above mentioned ladies. The indifference with which they responded each time when i made call was highly disturbing, inspite of my telling them that i would take up the matter seriously with the compnay and the SEBI. I have not come across any service organisation being so irresponsible towards customers.

I FERVENTLY HOPE THAT ATLEAST THIS COMPLAINT WILL BE ACTED UPON, OTHERWISE I WILL BE CONSTRAINED TO SEND COPIES OF ALL THE DOCUMENTS (LETTERS, COPY OF DD, POSTAL ACKNOWLEDGEMT ETC) TO THE COMPANY AND THE SEBI
