EPF pension not started

Respected sir,

My father Late Randhir Sahu expired in an accident during working hrs (23/9/08) in Ispat Industries at Pen. Till date his pension disbursement has not started. We are very much disappointed with the PF office working as with lot of reminders & enquiries by my widow mother Mrs Sita Devi (& my younger sister MissJoyti Kumari) at Vashi & at Ramgarh Jharkhand, where the pension was supposed to go... no result till date. the hard ship a widow lady is facing is beyond imagination. The worst part is that no body wants to give any information & every one only says that they do not know any thing where the pension advise has gone

I would request you to personally look into this matter & also pl revert back to me... If required, I will come to meet you personally with my helpless mother at your Vashi office (above Rly station). Since our financial condition is very bad, I would once again request you to take immediate action & help us out from this uncertain situation.
