STOP LOSS ORDER NOT WORKED

Dear Sir, I have online account with customer ID no is 954261.I bought a lot of shares of ISPAT INDUSTRIES IN FNO Dated on 27/10 @Rs.22, (total no of shares 12450) of NOV.2009 LOT.

At the time of purchase of above I clearly instructed the STOPLOSS @Rs.21.90paisa.with my order. The massege board showed at the time of order complience that my order was triggered and giveb STOP LOSS CONFERMATION.@21.90 But after the fall of market the above order were not complied. Due to this my account shows in negative balance. My order was not triggered. In this connection I request you to check my purchase and stoploss order dated 27/10 and adjust the actual amount in my account because of there is no fault from my side.
