NEW BROADBAND CONNECTION

Sir, I have booked for a broadband connection to my phone 26664149 online afew days back. Today i got a call from KUMARASWAMY LAYOUT EXCHANGE telling me that they have got the workorder for a connection with type1 modem (i.e) cable type. But i had applied for wireless modem. For that the telephone person told me hat i have to go to Gandhi Bazaar and apply a fresh. Then what is the idea of booking on line. Kindly arrange to get the work order modified with WIRELESS MODEM .I would apprciate a reply. Rajangam
