Cocroach problem still exists

Hi, I have got pest control service from ISS hicare for cocroach problem last month. There is no relief from cocroach problem yet, we can see many cocroaches in kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms.

I complained about it to customer service many times and every time they told that some one will call me to fix the appointment which never happened. The service is very poor.
