I have paid for a full year cockroach pest control, while renewing this year (Jan' 2011) I confirmed with the call centre executive Ms. Anitha (Chennai) can this be transfered to any other city and she gave the list of cities where I can continue the services. One service was done and I shifted my place of residence from Chennai to Bangalore, and have updated with ISS Hicare my new adress on 9th May. every week I am calling Chennai and Bangalore call centre very bad response from them, almost two months I waited.
