Sir,

I am Sanjay Kumar Mishra from Mohali, Punjab and taking about your branch situated at Phase-1, Mohali. As SBI is advertising that SBI is always with you. But the working style of your staff is just oppose your comments. My relative has an a/c with SBI Saharsa for which I want to make a DD for Rs.4000/-. On 15-4-08 the printer of bank was not working and I returned back. On 17-4-08 bank has issue us a token no.60 for the service. I wait for 1/2 hrs.for my turn. When my turn has come, counter man has told me that DD can not be issue due to printer not working.

When I contact to on duty manager of the bank he told me that if you have an a/c with SBI than I can issue DD otherwise it is not possible. The same complaint has been registered online on 17-4-08 with LHO Chandigarh vide No.: CC-1208417975764 and response is awaited. Some days ago SBI Phase-1, Mohali started banking 8.00 am to 8.00 pm but fail due to mismanagement and this type of working style of the staff. I think there is only one solution that the bank should be privatised or all a/c holder of the bank should close their a/c with SBI because at present there are many bank of Public & Private sector giving better service to theri customer.
