Issuance of Share Certificate to the flat owners

Dear Sir,

I had purchased flat in 2004 inKalyan and society has been formed 2 years back till date i have not received the original share certificate from the society. The society has informed that we have to file nomination along with a copy of the purchase agreement and after that they will issue share certificate. Please let me know if it is compulsory to file the nomination to get the share certificate or we can file the nomination at the later date. They are also not giving us the balance sheet and accounts of the society. Can we ask them to show the books of accounts. Can one flat owner raise the objection and ask for the inspection of book of accounts and other working of the society.

Please also give me section of the MCHS act under which we can ask them to furnish us the above details.
