Illegal installation of Solar equipment on Terrace of Housing Society

I have purchased a flat on the top floor (Flat No.401) in Mangal Kalash Complex having 4 floors at Cholegaon, Thakurli (E), Dist. Thane - 421201. in the year 2003.The Building recently got registered and the name has been changed to Mangal-Deep C.H.S.Limited having 20 flats. Two of the occupants Mr. K.M.Jadhav (Flat No.201) and Mr. D.V.Raut (Flat No.301) have installed solar equipment on the terrace of the flat for their personnel consumption since the time of theiroccupancy before society registration. This two occupants also happenned to be the chairman and Secretary of the Society. I have given a written complaint regarding removal of the same and they have replied back with documents saying that the government has been promoting the use of solar equipment. To my knowledge solar equipment can be installed for the entire consumption of society and that too it has to be installed with proper constructual guidelines.
