My name is Pradeep Dabral and my PF no is KN/45074/153

My PF settlement forms 10c & 19 were submitted to PF Office at Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road, Bangalore on 26h of September from Ista Hotel Ulsoor Bangalore. I was told that, I would get the amount in 45 working days or a max of 3 months, however I haven't heard of anything about the same till date-July 24.I have got the contacts from website and mailed to ro.bangalore@epfindia.gov.in. And called to below mentioned telephone numbers but no response at all.

I would request to complete all the formalities for the same and refund the amount as soon as possible, as I need the money urgently.

this my repeating request by request but consumer forum 25 time now no any action, did every body blind and not doing any thing, what is the current status kindly let me know my mail ASAP
