Water level Indicator not matching

We have purchased 2 Exide Battery Model No IT 650 001562-001775 on dated 6 Nov for Rs27000/- for Inverters in our Office in Pune. To our surprise we noticed that the water level Indicator is not matching we have been calling several times the dealer from where we have purchased this Battery. We have called Mr Mitesh around more than 50 times on Mobile no 9766112349 for this complaint but no one has turned up until now. Dealer Name;- A.C.Power Systems, 588 Shop No 33/34 Ganesh Market, Bibewadi Kondhwa Road Market Yard, Pune 411037Tel No 24262249. We have purchased these Battery's looking @ you brand name but do not expect this kind of negligence. Pls do the need full & ask the dealer to ask apology from the Consignee/ Buyer.
