Subject: Discrepancies in bills amount of Air Card

Dear Sir,

We want to draw your kind attention regarding some dispute in Bills, informed by your Siliguri office (Reliance Web World Express S.F. Road Siliguri). But we surprise to note Air Card monthly bill June’2008 call for billing to Costumer Care No. 30336363, there are some discrepancies in bill amount. We have some quarries and clarification for the following as noted under;-

1. A/C No. 2868701692 usage Telephone No. 9330918656, package (1500 Fixed Paid), we have paid all bills up to date and duly received by your Siliguri Office but now showing an outstanding amount of INR-6451.00.

2. A/C No. 2826635185 usage Telephone No.9330611481, package (1500 Fixed Paid), we have paid all bills up to date and duly received by your Siliguri Office but now showing an outstanding amount of INR-3491.00.

3. A/C No. 2887724237 usage Telephone No. 9331429199, package (1500 Fixed Paid), we got promotion without paid for 02 (two) months and other related charges for the said period has been paid and duly received by our Siliguri office. But now showing an outstanding amount of INR-4528.00.

Under the above circumstances, we want to lodge complaint to your good-self to take necessary action to rectify the bills as early as possible and we request to say that your Siliguri Branch office did not take care to listen us to any problem.

Hence, we request to draw your kind attention to take necessary steps to do the needful as you deem fit to keep a good relationship all along as we expect from you.
