Confirmation of free gifts

I had received a phone call regarding my selection to sweepstake. I requested for the details on my email. I sent a email seeking the mode of payment and confirmation of the following items which were told by the cutomer care dept., 1) 7 DVDs 2) Air ticket voucher. 3) Holiday voucher. 4) Reebok shoe 5) Beneton watch. While the matter was in correspondece I got an intimation from post office for a payment of Rs.2598/=. On enquiry, yourcustomer care dept apprised me that the packet consists one air ticket voucher and holiday voucher only against the order No. OGA080242945. Iam further told that the Beneton watch is only for those customers who can make payment through credit card only.

I am at loss to understand the reasons of non coordination between your feedback & order dept. of your esteemed publishing house. My purpose of asking the mode of payment was to save VPP charges because I can pay through credit card or bank draft. I reffered the matter again to your feedback& order dept who advised me to approach your dept. I shall be thankful if you confirm me the despatching of all the four gifts so that I pay accordingly.
