Unable to claim the free offe

I had purchased the kodak camera from ITBC and with this I got 2 free offers. When I went to claim offer in website, it was asking to type the promotion code and my email ID. In spite of number of attempts, I could not proceed further, since it says

'You have made incorrect entries. Kindly check and enter once again'.

This is really ridiculous. What should I do now?
