Cheating customers

Past few years I am member of India Today Book club and purchased many items, I do not like their policy of cheating public and doing their business. The books which are not sold in shop they fool public by giving exciting offer of Sweepstake 60lks, Maruti SX 4 car, Holidays package, free gifts etc. Free gifts of Holiday Pakage, Leather wallet, Key chain etc to ptrap public, it never comes. I had ordred for Reebok shoes and Benetton sunglassess, yesterday I got VPP courier from First Flight packet of 4 books instead of items I ordred for. Invoice no.l ORA090035788 order NO. OGA090034507.Many times I have warn them that I will go to consumer court and take back my hard earned money I wasted.
