ITBC subscription
Subscription renewal missing

Sir,

I am the regular subscriber of ITBC.I have renewed my subscription for five years (KVB cq no.280048 dt 07/07 for Rs 1399). The cheque was cleared on 05/08/08 from my account and also I have received four free books instead of five books. But till date I have not received monthly catalouge. I have informed this news through e-mail on 18/11 and 29/01. Today I have tried through web ID. It states that my subscription was expired. So kindly do the needful.
