GIFT ITEMS NOT SENT

Sir,

Inspite of several assurances & information asked by E-Mail and duly replied, gift items are not sent so far, inspite of this they send an E-Mail that u r not entitled for gifts. This is shear breach of trust, befooling the innocent customers. This type of rosy pictures should be stopped.
