RE: Route No. 310A between Shivajinagar & A. Naryanapura.

Dear Sur,

During peak hours the above bus is not coming to its final destination point i.e.A. Naryanapura, instead of it is taking a 'U' turn at the K.R. Puram Railway station and proceeding to Shivajinagar.

Sir, for your kind information this is the only bus plying between A. Naryanapura & Shivajinagar. During morning time lot of commuters (school & college going students and other officials) are waiting there to get in this bus. But it is not coming there regularly. Yesterday (1/9/08) at it 9.10 am trip, it did not come there, but I saw the bus turning from Rly station and going to shivajinagar. Some how, I got in this bus from Tin factory and asked the Conductor why it is not coming to A. Narayanapura, since a lot of people are waiting there to catch this bus. The conductor told me the driver hesitate to go there, since the road condition is not good. I agree during rainy season the road condition is not good, however, the Bus route no. 313C from K.R Market is coming regularly there. When the bus reached Shivajinagar I asked the conductor about this, (his Token No. Staff No. is 3270 & the Driver Token No. is 1984), why this bus is not coming to A. Narayanapura, since lot of people are waiting there to board this bus. This he does not like and he abused me in bad words infront of the lady Inspector at the Shivajinagar Bus stand. She is the same route checking Inspector at Shivajinagar dept. This you can cross check with her. The behaviour of the conductor is very bad, he used very vulgur language to me.

Kindly look into the matter and warn the conductor for his misbehaviour and also ask the concerned authorities to ensure the 310A route reaching its final destination to pick up the passengers every day without fail.
