Loss of 4000 Rs. because of misuse

Without my knowledge, ICICI LOmbard has registered a policy in my name based on my icici credit card detials. The premium for this policy is 13185 rs. and this has been converted into emi and the same has been charged to my account.

I have received the intimation on 16th dec. I have called up customer care wasted my precious time and money in making the calls and getting the policy cancelled. However, it is brought to my notice that this would take 11 working days.

This is a complaint from my side for iresponsible action of icici lombard and icici credit card divsion. If there is no immediate action taken, i would be froced to take necessary action from my side.

I would also like to inform i would not a pay a single paise for cancelleation / late credit card payement charges, etc. as this is something which the ICICI credit card division and lombard insurance divison has

started without my knowledge.

Today on 25 th Dec on checking my credit carde statement i see that the policy has been cancelled however i have been charged around Rs.4000 as cancelation charges.

this is literally cheating customers...
