I hv been using this services since very long. My cell no. 919903886304.

recently there are lots of schemes wherein call rates are extremely low.

Then why is post paid connection such high tarrif is charged?

I think it is unethical to charge such high rates from post paid customers.

There should be some schemes for post paid connections as well.

Is there any option of changing from post paid to prepaid with same cell no?
