I was start work down with ITD Cementation I Ltd Hirra nager Jammu after recived LOI Ref. No. B2831&2832/73/LOI/09/200 Dated 05/05, which is clearly mention the rate is on item basis is Rs.2.80 per ton per Km and minimum amount Rs 75000/- per tipper will be paid by ITD. but when after 3-4 month i received our account statement from above company than i see my submit bill passed only item basis how is very less than from minimum amount Rs 75000/-. when i discus with LOI singed officer Mr. Rajiv Kumar he is avoid me and demand 15000 per month for passed the bill. i request to you please take legal action against Rajiv kumar and help me for realized my pending payment from ITD Cementation I Ltd.
