Router or Modem not working properly

Respected Sir,

Am Kumar Form Pondicherry. I am conducting Itech Systems & Browsing Center. I have your Airtel Broadband Service Past 3 Year. Now i have a Problem for Router or Modem not Working properly. Before this I gave complaint to Airtel Broadband Customer Care in 2 times Regarding to change a modem. but not use till now. They are got complaint and gave me complaint No also but nobody came and resolved. i had very disappointed regarding this. So i given a complaint regarding to change a modem.
