The phone no.4018113 is not working satisfactorily for the past 2 months. The complaints lodged with the local representatives have not met with success. The phone is not at all working since 7th. Everyday complaint is being lodged and the reply is that it will be repaired and rectified today and that today never comes. Can this be attended today the 10th of February? If not I have no other option to request for disconnecting the line and not raising bills against this line beyond this date.
