Harrasment to ex-employee

This was never expected from a company like ITJ to harrass his ex employees on the PF withdrawal option. I submitted my withdrawl form somewhere in December for which i am having photocopy also but somehow it got misplaced at HO of ITJ and on follow up i was again told to submitt a new form which i had already done on 5th December. I have called up at 120-4397747, 61 (Bhavna/Rachna) from last 3 months now and there is no satisfactory answer from them. Previously my form got misplaced from preeti in HO. I just wanna know that do we behave like this with our resigned resources. It was never expected from you all. Please help me now to close this issue and update me on my PF amount that why it has not been received by me yet and why it was never intimated and proper communication was done with me. I hope this mail will be taken into serious considerations and i will get the conclusive revert on this.
