Residential area being opened to Cemetry entrance

We live in no.1089, 15th cross, Ist stage, 3rd block HBR layout. There is a small cemetry close to our home for which the approach road was thru Nagawara. The road to cemetry has not been maintained by BBMP. So now, they have planned to open the gate on 15th cross, Ist stage 3rd block HBR Layout (BDA) - to approach the cemetry.

on 11th of nov'09 we had the kids playing in front of the house and a couple of dead bodies by some slum areas passed by our home. The crowd is drunk and has no discipline whatsoever in carrying out the cremation.

This is frustrating that we purchase BDA sites to build our homes - but the same is opened as entrace to Cemetry by BBMP. Request your immediate correction on the same.
