ITO Ward 46(2) New Delhi /A.O.DEL-W-76-2
PAN not transfered from the F.Y.2009

Dear Sir,

I am a salaried employee in a company and I had submitted my Income Tax Return File on July (for the F.Y.2009) in my existing Income Tax Office Rampur Bsr. Distt. Shimla (H.P). But till date I had not received my refund. So many times I met personally with ITO Rampur Bsr.but every time they told me that "Your PAN No. ADUPV8093R is lying with ITO Ward 46 (2) New Delhi /A.O.DEL-W-76-2.and we had made a necessary transfer order On dated 03.12.2009 regarding this but the PAN has not been transfered so far. As soon as the Pan gets transfered, the return will be processed accordingly." On August 19th I also met with ITO Ward 46 (2) New Delhi /A.O.DEL-W-76-2 regarding this PAN Transfer. They see my online request from Income Tax Office Rampur Bsr. Distt. Shimla (H.P). in their system and click OK/YES for my PAN Transfer. After completing this process I came back to existing Income Tax Office Rampur Bsr. Distt. Shimla (H.P). They checked (on dated 15.09.2010) in their system but till date my PAN has not neen transfered.

Sir please guide me what should I do for this PAN tarnsfer now. My next F.Y. return will not also be processed unless my PAN would not be got transferred from ITO Ward 46 (2) New Delhi /A.O.DEL-W-76-2 .
