Flat not delivered

I have bought a flat (B block Flat No. 113) at Marathahalli (Munnekolala Village) from Ittina Properties Pvt Ltd Koramangala in the ITTINA-ABHA project in March and same is registered in April. The committed date of delivery of the flat was september however there is no development in the state of construction since the flat is bought and the work is stopped for last 3 months. I am paying heavy EMI's together with rent and its becoming difficult and difficult to go ahead in this way.

Ittina has cheated us with lot of false commitments and lies and condition is that our future is gone black and we find ourselves extremely helpless...
