Sir,

On Monday 19-07 at 7 am I went to Aberdeen Bazar Petrol Bunk which is running by the Dealer M/s Jadwet Trading Company, Port Blair. I asked to the petrol filling man (I think they are working daily rated labourer) to fill 5 ltr. Petrol through 5 ltr. measuring cane. But, they denied first then agreed and filled in my bike No. An-01/B-5636 (vide bill No.77271 dated 19-07)

Again on 25-07 (Sunday) at 4.30 pm I went to same filling station, I asked to fill 5 ltr. Petrol in my above said bike through 5 ltr. measuring cane, they filled from pump in measuring cane (bill No.508 dated 25-07), but they did't put in my bike tank. Please kindly advise to the official whether who put the petrol in tank (either workmen or purchaser/customer) and also intimate to me.
