dear sir,

with refference to the above subject as i requested to six months account statement for savinig account on dated 15.12.08 in your branch,

who is case manager in that branch demonded for statement 360.00 Rs. for statement, depending on pages, next asked

why ihave to pay that much, afer words he checked my account and told me you pay 110.00 Rs.next i was accepted and paid cash to case manager he recievd that ammount but he din't given any reicept, iasked him reicept for 110.00 Rs., he told me not available any reicept, but i demand reicept, then he given me one of the reicept un-official, this charges is applicable for bank purpose or his personal purpose?

iam sendig that un-official reicipt through mail attachment but ineed proper email.id
