Bills for services not provided by Reliance Mobile

Dear sir,

Since April my broadband connection from reliance is not working. Even after number of complaints made to them, they are unable to start my connection even as on date. Though they are unable to provide the service, they are very fast in sending the bills and threatening calls for non payment.

They were kind enough to give me a rebate of Rs. 1200/- whereas they are charging approx. Rs. 1650/- per month. Whether any company can charge to the customer if they fail to provide the service. Since last four months they have failed to start my nroad band connection.

Kindly help me as I am getting threatening CALLS for non payment and no body in Reliance is ready to solve my problem.
