DEALER NOT READY TO HELP

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a cooler from a shop in New Delhi (Jai Baba Goaurakh Nath RZ-15B main road Near Sharma nursing home palam colony New delhi 45 vide invoice no 227 dated 22/04/09) and In the invoice the seller has mentioned one year replaceable guarantee of motor. Now the motor is U/S and he tells that after two to three days he can only give the motor but he will not come to home to replace it pl tell me what to do against that shop keeper and he is also using the abusing language.
