Not yet New Gas connection even after 2 1/2 months

I have applied for new gas new connection on JUNE. After many inquiry phone call came to know that i got connection id 6986. but no cylinder is delivered yet. past one month agency keep on saying that I will get cylinders in another two days. I called to customer care also and spoke to Mr. kamdev, but no use.

I don't speak hindi well. I don't know whom to contact on this regard.

Please help me getting the connection as soon as possible.
