NON RESPONSE TOWARDS GAS LEAK

We have taken a gas connection from JAI HIND GAS CO. which is a authorised HP GAS DISTRIBUTOR located at Shop no. UG-3, HB TOWN, OLD PARDI NAKA SQUARE, KALAMNA ROAD, NAGPUR - 440008. We have called 5 to 6 times to telephone no.0712-2681911, 0712-2681924 regarding complain of gas leak but they did not responded.

I prey to your kind authority that you please took necessary steps to solve this issue and took necessary action against such irresponsible attitude of such Gas Agency.
