Grievences against a transport company

Respected Sir,

I have the honor to state you that I am a public servant, got transfered from delhi to pune for which I booked my lugguage with a transport company on 22 Feb 08.

Till date I have not received all the packages and now the transporter is not even lifting my phone.

May I please be told how to followup the case
