Non picking up of phone for booking of gas for the last 03 days

My Gas registration No. is 21098. This is to submit that we are the consumer of Jai Jawan Gas Agency of Indian Oil at D-493, Sec.7 Dwarka, Palam extn. We are trying the Gas Agency Nos. 25081877 & 25087549 continuisly the whole day since three days. These numbers are ringing continuisly but gas agency people are not picking up the phone. On the Forth day we could be able to contact them in the evening. This is a regular feature of their working and we are finding it very difficult in booking the gas cylinder in time being service class people. Kindly take the suitable action against the agency to mitigate the grievance.
