Not the right information on receipt

I am a customer of Indane with customer no 23557 and have been registed with gas agency Shub jai jawan gas service, Delhi (telephone No 011-25080458 and 25087549). I am trying to book the gas all no are not working even MTNL, SMS are not working, no one pick ups the phone/ it is always busy . even the information printed on cash memo is not correct

unable to book the gas.
