Not getting refilled cylende

Dear Sir

I am the indane customer. My connaction No is 26374. And Distribut is Jai Jawan Gas Services D-493 Palam Extn Sec-7 Dwarka New Delhi -110045 Tel No 25085414/25087549. I have called refilled for cylender on 27/12, Mr. Gopi picked the phone and told me that they will deliver the refilled cylender within 4-5 days. After 4-5 days when I don't receive the cylender I callled up again to the agency and now they are saying that they had delivered the cylender on 29/12. But I have not received the cylender till date. At the time of delivery they even don't sign the receipt. I am facing problem the said agency from last six months.

Kindly you are requested to look into the matter and try to get the problem sort out as soon as possible.
