Improper repairing of sealing Fan

Mr. Hasmukh (age aprox. 30 years) of above company has repaired our fan on 1.6.2009 and charged of Rs. 225/- and verbaly he assured us a guarantee for one year for proper working of the fan. However, just after two days the fan was stoped working properly and slowed down. Once he has taken back the fan for reparing but the condition remained same. I have requested repeatedly but he is not responding properly and avoiding to repaire it. I have reciept of the amount which was given to him. During my discussion with him today, his father was available.

Please do advise to take necessary action.
