This complaint is against jaimatadi holidays having office in 1, sugandha palace, s.s.wagh marg, naigon, dadar (e) mymbai -400014 www.jaimataditravels.org. What package one paid for service was not delivered the total package included return tain tickets from mumbai to jammu, pickup and drop on arrival from jammu to katra and back on departure by car, food -stay at kashmir residency hotel, yatri pass drop at banganga for yatra to shrine. Well inspite of my calling hour before arrival at jammu to both hotel owner and tour operator they asked me to go all alone in unknown state of j&k to katra and even back to jammu station was not provided inspite of unlimited calls to propertior of jai mata di holidays. I got to know from hotel staff such cheating is regular affair of jai mata di holidays. They regular give ads in dna and other papers boost of website just to cheat people who get conned with religious yatras at vaishnoodevi and difficult amarnath yatra. Such con elements i have complined to union minister of tourism kumari sheilaja and ceo vaishnoo devi shrine board. They should cease to exist for cheating people
