Problem with an ac installation

We have a problem with a local electronic store (we live in chennai) and we didn't know who we could approach to solve the problem.atlast we thought of taking he hlep pf a news channel.that is why we are contacting you.our problem is this- we bought a videocon window ac on 14-4 from the electronic fest organized by a leading electronic store in chennai. They promised to deliver the product in 3 days from the date of buying but they failed to do so even after repeated phone calls till 29-04.they just delivered the product without installing it. At the time of buying they had promised free installation but now they are demanding money and above all they are not even responding to our calls properly when we ask them when they'l come to install it.we are really frustrated .can u please suggest a way by which we can take some action against them and make them do the needfull as they promised for us.
